Definition:
Institution that provide trainings for persons unemployed and job-seekers.

Training may be provided by the following organisations:

• public secondary and post-secondary schools;
• higher education institutions and scientific and research institutes;
• private training companies;
• suppliers of machinery and equipment;
• company headquarters;
• affiliated companies;
• trade unions chambers of commerce, employers' organisations;
• other organisations.
